Jonathan Broom-Edwards

A keen basketball player growing up, Broom-Edwards has transferred all his jumping skills to become one of the best high jumpers in para-athletics. Over the last three years, Broom-Edwards has been a part of one of the most exciting rivalries in Paralympic sport with Poland’s Maciej Lepiato.

The 28 year old has gone head-to-head with Lepiato at major championships, but has been pipped to gold on every occasion. However, with Rio just around the corner, Broom-Edwards will be determined to rewrite the record books and win gold in September.
