Carly Tait

Stockport’s Carly Tait took up wheelchair racing in 2012 after being inspired by the London Paralympic Games.

In 2016 she was selected to represent Great Britain at the European Championships in Grosseto and came away with silver medals in both the T34 100m and 200m.

Later that year she represented ParalympicsGB at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games where she finished sixth in the 100m.

She competed at the 2017 IPC World Championships in London where she claimed fourth place in the 800m and 400m races and fifth in the 100m.
